Products advertised on this website can be purchased with selected major credit cards such as Visa, Master, Discover, and American Express cards. All items available can be easily purchased by clicking on the desired item and placing it into the shopping cart. Customers can continue shopping and selecting items at any time prior to final purchase authorization. Purchases are completed once required information has been confirmed and processed. An email address, phone number, mailing address, and one of four (4) major credits is required to make purchases from this website. A purchase confirmation will be sent to the email address provided acknowledging receipt of your order. If customers do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact the company at 831-384-6618 or email address, lryan53122s@aol.com to research status of your order. 

                                                                                                                           SHIPPING

Merchandise purchased from this website will ordinarily be shipped by UPS grounds. Items that are available and in stock will be shipped the next business day of approved purchases. Special orders and back orders will take 4-8 weeks for delivery. For items not immediately in stock, every effort to ship merchandise at the earliest possible date will be applied. Tracking numbers for items shipped are available to customers to track the status and location of shipped merchandise. If an item or items shipped have not arrived within the expected delivery date, please contact the company at 831-384-6618. Status of delayed items will be provided to customers within 24 hour of notification.

                                                                                                                            RETURNS

All merchandise will be shipped in factory condition. Products will be secured and properly packed prior to shipment. Any item that is damaged due to improper shipping and handling must be reported to the company within 2 business days after receipt of merchandise. Items that are defective due to poor workmanship, faulty material or incorrect sizes because of the company's era, must be reported within three business days Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM. A return authorization with instructions for returning defective or incorrect merchandise will be provided to the customer.  Otherwise, ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
